I'm so excited that my strawberry plant is producing berries and delicious one's too. I've never grown one but it seems to be doing just fine, plus I have 3 tomato plants going strong too. Finally I'll be able to eat organic tomatoes and strawberries right from my own backyard rather than paying an arm and a leg for them at the store. I almost want to find more stuff to grow but this mama is busy so we'll have to see.
Rachel did the honors by picking the first strawberry and stuffing the whole thing in her mouth, and of course juice running down her face and clothes. I did get to try the second one and it was oh so yummy!
