Rachel has started potty training right after Christmas 2009, it's going well but a long process. She started out doing really well but about a month and half later it's a bigger challenge. We switched her to pull-ups so it would help her understand more about transitioning to big girl undies in the future. We haven't tried the Disney Princess panties she picked out yet but I told her when she's more ready she can wear them. I think we'll try them soon.
She does however love to read her "Chugga Chugga Pooo-Pooooo Potty Train" book while she sits and waits. After she's successful on the potty we've given her M&M's and stickers for a reward. She tells daddy all the time, "Two M&M's dad." She tries to get more even though I say just one but somehow daddy gives in and gives her two.
