On Christmas Eve daddy and mommy took Rachel to see Santa Claus. She was not afraid of him this year and walked right up to him and sat on his lap so she could talk to him. Mommy and daddy were very surprised she liked Santa this year so we used that to our advantage. We told her that she had to go to sleep so Santa would bring her presents under the tree. So she kept saying "Santa Claus coming!"
Another activity we planned to do was decorate a gingerbread house. Mommy decided to stop trying to make it look all perfect and neat so she let Rachel decorate it however she wanted. We had a fun time putting all the candy on the gingerbread house!
