We had an awesome time at our friend Norrin's birthday party. It was held at the Houston's Children's Museum which Rachel loves! We had a great time eating pizza, chocolate cake, and of course running around playing. I think Rachel was on a sugar high after downing her juice box and eating all the icing on her cupcake. She also got a chance to hang with her buddy Alejandro (in the photo with Rachel).
Also, Richard left for Austin today to start his UT MBA program so the party was a good distraction to his absence. In fact we were so distracted with all the birthday fun that I realized our meter was about to expire so we quickly left the museum and after getting to the car only 6 minutes late, we already got the ticket. I told Rachel I hope she had a blast because it was a $25 dollar birthday party. I can't believe I got a parking ticket!
