Well it's officially hotter than stinkin' hades here. What to do, other than stay inside in the AC, you play in the pool of course. So Mommy and Rachel went to the store to get a kiddie pool and sprinkler beach ball to cool off in the sun. Okay I really don't think you can "cool off" in the TX sun but hey we can still have fun in the sun.
It took Rachel awhile to sit down in the water but she mostly wanted to stand and play with the water hose. I'm looking forward to taking her to the neighborhood pool and seeing if she'll like it...or not. We have only been once and that was last summer when she was pretty young still. Fun summer times ahead in the big TX!
A side note: Don't you just want to pinch those cheeks?
